? Weather is our biggest competition. We try to give as much notice to ongoing projects and upcoming if there will be any delays but return to work as soon as able. 

to get started on a potential project, first step is to contact our landscape office at 859-371-6340 prompt #4 to set up an appt with a designer/estimator. we meet with you at your property. go over all your wants and desires, budget and more. if a design is needed we create a plan that works best for the location and your preferences with an estimate to match. all designs and estimates are emailed for your review and additional in person meetings can be scheduled to better help you see the vision. once finalized, a contract is signed and 30% down payment gets you on our schedule! 

There is NO warranty on sod or seed due to its survival being dependent on watering. What Kind of Warranty or Guarantee 

We do offer a 6 month warranty on garden center purchases of plants (not annuals) and 1 year warranty on plantings installed by Maddox. 

All changes and adjustments to landscape projects are done between designer and customer. We try to make all changes prior to starting the projects but with communication and planning can adjust while job is ongoing with change order agreements.
