You have a vision of what your landscape could be, but you don’t know where to start. Our designers can help you make your vision a reality. We offer a free on-site consultation to discuss your ideas and vision and to provide expert advice. This meeting takes place at your residence and should take between 30 minutes and an hour. You can schedule an on-site consultation with one of our designers by calling our landscape office at (859)-371-6340. We’ll schedule a time to meet to discuss your needs, get to know your vision for the project, listen to what you want, and provide our expertise to make that vision a reality. We want the final product to be uniquely yours.
We offer free quotes for straightforward, simple projects such as tree plantings, shrub replacement, or simple buffers. However, depending on the complexity of your project, a detailed design plan may be necessary to visualize your landscape vision. All great landscapes start with a detailed design plan. We charge a nominal fee, starting at $50, to prepare a design plan. This fee may be higher for more complex designs or master plans.
Our designer will photograph and measure your project space and gather all your input. After the consultation, the designer prepares a landscape design based on your needs and discussion. The landscape design process generally is completed within a week to 10 days (depending on the season and complexity). Our designer creates a scale drawing of your project, including plants and any hardscape features.
This process is collaborative, and your feedback will be both heard and encouraged. Once you and the designer are happy, we can schedule your landscape installation project.
